Rodney's Bait Saver

 Rodney Murrell is a 43 year old native Texan that was raised in the Fort Worth, TX area. As a young boy, while others were playing baseball and riding bicycles, he preferred to fish. As a little barefooted, blonde-headed boy, he would grab his tackle box and dig up worms to take over to Village Creek (his “fishing hole”). He always loved to fish, either by himself or with a group. The time he spent at Village Creek (near Arlington Lake) is where he really began to think about developing Rodney's Bait Saver. At the young age of 11, he thought it was time to stop losing his bait. By age 14, he was truly tired of continually wasting money on more bait and a makeshift development of his bait saver was engineered.
 Rodney's Bait Saver is a 2" x 1" plastic mesh basket. This container allows you to easily insert your bait and close the lid. Eye hooks (located on the side and the bottom of the bait saver) allows for the hook of your choice. You can select the bait of your choice (e.g. minnows, chicken livers, blood bait, etc.). Just drop it in and close the lid. The fish can see the bait, smell the bait and taste the bait. However, they are not able to take the bait. Now you will finally be able to easily reuse your bait, all they get is mouth full of hook.
